Accessibility Statement

Accessible services

Heeneman & Partners is committed to ensuring that everyone can use our services. That is why we are working to make our website, information, and services accessible to people with disabilities.

In this statement, we explain how you can participate in our real estate funds, the support we provide, and how we comply with the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act.

Participating in a real estate fund

If you would like to participate in a Heeneman & Partners real estate fund, the process generally works as follows:

  1. On our website, you will find information about the funds currently available for participation. Here, you can request brochures, prospectuses/information documents, and other relevant fund documentation.
  2. You can apply for participation by completing and submitting the designated application form.
  3. Upon receipt of your application, we will conduct the legally required client due diligence, also known as CDD or KYC checks. As part of this process, we may ask you to provide additional identification and other documentation.
  4. Once the client due diligence has been successfully completed, you have transferred the participation amount, and all other conditions for participation have been met, you will receive a confirmation of your participation from us.

Our website may still have areas that can be further improved. However, our services cannot be contracted through a digital agreement on the website; they can only be finalized after we have held one or more conversations with you. During these conversations, we will clearly inform you about our services, costs, and risks. We will also assist you, if necessary, in completing the forms required to participate in one of our initiatives.

Are you unable to complete a digital form, download documents, or submit the requested data digitally? Please contact our Relationship Management department

We are happy to help and will work with you to find a suitable alternative way to provide the information or documents.

Accessibility of our services

The accessibility of digital services is assessed based on four principles: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. These principles mean, among other things, that:

  • information is presented clearly and is easy to read;
  • the website can be used with a wide range of assistive tools;
  • the structure and navigation of the website are logical and predictable;
  • texts, forms, and other elements can be interpreted by assistive technology, such as screen readers;
  • important information can be requested in an alternative format if digital access is not possible.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website, digital forms, fund documentation, and other communications. It is possible that not all components currently fully comply with all applicable accessibility requirements.

When we identify that a component is not sufficiently accessible, we assess what adjustments are necessary and feasible. Where needed, we provide a suitable accessible alternative or personal support.

Contact and support

If you experience an accessibility issue, are unable to access specific information, or need help participating in a fund, please contact our Relationship Management department:

The information in this accessibility statement can also be requested by phone.

Maintenance and updates

We keep this accessibility statement up to date. The statement is reviewed at least annually and updated whenever significant changes occur to our website, services, or applicable accessibility regulations.
