The floor in the gymnasium of our community real estate investment Het Lichtruim in Bilthoven has been fitted with a new top layer. The floor renovation was completed before the start of the new school year. Now, the children from the primary school located in the complex and other athletes can once again use the gymnasium comfortably and safely.
Het Lichtruim in Bilthoven has been in our ownership since 2020 and is part of our community real estate portfolio. In addition to a primary school, the complex houses various other community functions, including the Centre for Youth & Family, several studios, a theatre, a daycare centre, and a library. Furthermore, there are twenty residential units in this complex. The complex is approximately 10,000 m² and is located on freehold land (no ground lease). The total surface area of the residential units is approximately 1,670 m². The remaining spaces total approximately 8,290 m².
