Heeneman & Partners has purchased a healthcare center located at Schippersdreef 2-4 in Driebergen-Rijsenburg for its grow fund, selectiefonds.nl. This medical center, located in the heart of the Netherlands, is fully occupied (100%) and boasts a diverse mix of tenants, including general practitioners, a pharmacy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, dietitians, occupational therapy, geriatrics, and psychology. In total, there are ten tenants. The complex consists of two separate buildings, with approximately 477 m² and 625 m² of rentable floor space.

In this transaction, the buyer was legally advised by Lexence, while the seller received commercial advice from Cushman & Wakefield.
