Heeneman & Partners buys part of Anklaar shopping center in Apeldoorn

On behalf of selectiefonds.nl, we purchased part of the Anklaar shopping center in Apeldoorn. The investment is the growth fund's fifth purchase.
"

For its selectiefonds.nl, Heeneman & Partners has purchased a significant part of Anklaar shopping center. The part of the shopping center that has been added to the fund consists of 24 units, with a total area of approximately 5,500 m². In addition to local entrepreneurs, the tenants consist of various national chains, such as Hema, Etos, Hans Anders, Kruidvat, Bruna, Shoeby, Blokker, Pets Place and Ter Stal. There are two large supermarkets on both sides of the shops, and there is a public parking garage under the shopping center.

Rob van Sabben (partner/Director of real estate): 'After we had purchased various social impact objects earlier this year, it was now was time to add retail objects in order to balance the fund. With the supermarkets next door and free parking for two hours, this shopping center functions as an excellent shopping center.'

The buyer has been legally assisted in this transaction by Lexence, fiscally by State of law and commercially by SPRMRKT Real Estate.
