Recently, Heeneman & Partners purchased the Leidsestraat 21 store in Amsterdam for its Binnenstad Amsterdam I CV fund. This property has been leased to Falke (European retailer of high-quality leg wear) for a long time. The fund currently also owns stores in De 9 Straatjes in Amsterdam and has a strategy aimed at further growth of the portfolio.
Selling agent for the transaction was Kroese & Paternotte. Legally, Binnenstad Amsterdam I CV was assisted by Lubbers & Dyke.
