For its selectiefonds.nl, Heeneman & Partners has purchased approximately 2,000 m² of retail spaces in downtown Sassenheim from a private investor. In total, this purchase exists of eight units spread over two living/shopping blocks. The adjacent Albert Heijn supermarket and the presence of a public parking garage make the location an important source point for consumers. Tenants include local entrepreneurs but also national retailers such as Action and Shoeby.
