Heeneman & Partners recently strengthened its asset management team with the arrival of Nienke Engberts. In her role as Asset Manager, she is partly responsible for optimizing and strategically managing the real estate portfolio.
Nienke brings extensive experience in commercial real estate. Before moving to Heeneman & Partners, she worked at NV Zeedijk in the city center of Amsterdam, where her focus was on renting out retail spaces and restaurants. In this role, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the retail and hospitality markets.
