For its new growth fund, Heeneman & Partners has, selectiefonds.nl, made the first purchase. The multi-tenant shopping complex in Bogaard Rijswijk City Center of approximately 4,600 m² consists of 5 tenants, including Hema, Xenos, Etos and Pearle.

Bogaard City Center is transforming into a new city center with a mix of functions. A large number of the stores have been or are being demolished and are making way for homes, restaurants and greenery. After the transformation, the stores we have purchased will be the most prominent retail location in the new area. We are now working on the next acquisition and we will continue to grow with this new fund in the coming years. '
The buyer was advised in this purchase by SPRMRKT Real Estate and has been legally assisted by Lexence Lawyers and Notaries. Seller Investore Prime Retail was advised by Brickstone.
