For its selectiefonds.nl, Heeneman & Partners has purchased approximately 5,300 m² of retail and social spaces in the center of Amersfoort from a private investor. In total, the Neptunusplein shopping center consists of 17 units spread over two living/shopping blocks, including an underground parking garage for shoppers with approximately 80 parking spaces. In addition to local entrepreneurs, the tenants consist of various national chains, including Hoogvliet (supermarket), Zeeman and Primera. The fund also recently acquired two daycare centers from a private investor in Rosmalen and Den Dungen, both leased to Partou, with the location in Den Dungen having an adjacent UniK branch for orthopedagogical day treatment.
