Heeneman & Partners has purchased approximately 9,000 m² of retail space in the center of Hardenberg from a private investor for selectiefonds.nl. This purchase consists of 27 units spread over three living/shopping blocks and 83 parking spaces on a parking deck in the core shopping area of Hardenberg, located on and around the Markt. In addition to local entrepreneurs, the tenants consist of various national chains, including Albert Heijn, Action, Xenos, various hospitality formulas and clothing retailers such as Shoeby, Takko and Ter Stal.
