The building comprises approximately 9,500 m² of office space and 196 parking spaces and is fully leased. The property was developed in 2011 by EDGE and has an energy label A++.
The office building is located directly next to Den Haag-Ypenburg station and offers excellent accessibility via the A4, A12, and A13 motorways.
For the financing of the acquisition, participations and a bond loan have been issued.
