Winkelvastgoed 1 CV invests in a number of attractive retail buildings at A1 locations in inner cities throughout the Netherlands. Originally, investments were made in four buildings, located in Leiden, Dordrecht, Sneek and Baarn. After selling the properties in Leiden and Baarn, a portfolio remains in Dordrecht and Sneek, with ANWB and Open32 as tenants.
